Welcome to my new Blog. I've done travel blogs before Taking the Train Home and Corfe Mullen to Cuba but this is my first venture into something more professional.

Who am I? 

Now I am an independent trainer and consultant based in South East Asia  focusing on microelectronics reliability, failure analysis, packaging and project management for R&D 

Until 2014 I worked  in Microelectronics R&D for over three decades, at GEC Marconi Research in the UK and at the Institute of Microelectronics in Singapore. Mostly on materials characterisation, failure analysis, microelectronics packaging, reliability and surface analysi.

I am a Senior Member of IEEE and member of the Electronic Device Failure Analysis Society (EDFAS)
